We deliver across all regions of Egypt. Delivery charges may vary depending on your location, and the final delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Order Handling & Safety:
All orders are carefully packed to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Please check your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancy, contact our customer support(+20 105 533 7763) immediately.

Delivery Charges:
Delivery fees are collected by the courier upon receipt of your package, regardless of whether you have paid by credit card or cash.

International Orders:
Currently, Aura delivers only within Egypt. International delivery is not available at this time.
